Refund Policy

At Margaret Robinson, we aim to handle return requests in a clear and transparent manner. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the rules and procedures that apply to returns and refunds. By placing an order, customers acknowledge that they have read and accepted the conditions described in this policy.


Return Eligibility

A return request can only be submitted after the order has been successfully delivered.

Customers must submit their return request within 15 days after delivery.

If the request is approved, the item must be shipped back within an additional 15 days.

All approved returns must be sent to the original fulfillment facility, which is located at our supplier’s warehouse in China.

All expenses related to returning an item, including international shipping costs, customs duties, import fees, and taxes, are the full responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged

  • Products must remain in their original condition

  • All original tags must still be attached

  • Items may be tried on for sizing purposes only, but extended wear is not allowed

Orders placed with the intention of purchasing multiple sizes for return are not permitted.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept that approved returns must be sent internationally to China, and that all related shipping and customs costs are their responsibility.


Final Sale Products

Items purchased during Final Sale promotions, defined as products discounted by 40% or more, are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Products marked as Final Sale are clearly indicated prior to purchase.

Such items are excluded from returns, refunds, exchanges, and payment disputes under all circumstances.


Restocking Fee

A $20 restocking fee applies to each approved return.

This fee covers administrative processing, inspection, and inventory handling.

By completing a purchase, customers agree that this fee may be deducted from any eligible refund amount.


Return Guarantee for Eligible Products

Margaret Robinson offers a return option for items that remain unused and meet all requirements described in this policy.

Only products that comply fully with the stated return conditions qualify for refunds.


Return Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Margaret Robinson does not reimburse shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, or any other return-related costs.

Total Return Window

Customers have 15 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request.

After approval, the return shipment must be sent within another 15 days.

The total return period is therefore 30 days from the delivery date.

Requests made after this period, or items shipped after the permitted timeframe, will not be accepted and will not qualify for refunds.


Defective Item Guarantee

If a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, Margaret Robinson provides a guarantee.

Customers may receive a replacement item or a refund, depending on product availability and customer preference.


Return Instructions

To initiate a return:

  1. Send a return request to support@margaret-robinson.com within 15 days of receiving your order.

  2. After approval, you will receive the return address of our supplier facility in China.

  3. Ship the item back at your own expense, including all international shipping and customs costs.

  4. Returns must be sent using a trackable shipping method.

Returns without valid tracking confirmation showing delivery to the designated facility cannot be processed and will not qualify for a refund.


Refund Processing

After the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 15 days.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method used during purchase.

Applicable deductions, including the $20 restocking fee, will be applied before the refund is issued.


Liability Disclaimer

Margaret Robinson is not responsible for lost or missing return shipments when tracking confirms delivery to the provided return address.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an address error occurs, it must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
