Currently, Margaret Robinson only ships orders within the United States.

Orders placed from outside the United States cannot be processed at this time.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate and complete. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or returned shipments.


3. Order Processing

Once an order has been placed, it will be processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 6:00 PM (GMT -5, Eastern Time) from Monday to Friday are eligible for same-day processing.

Orders placed after this time, or during weekends (Saturday and Sunday), will be processed on the next business day (Monday).


4. Shipping Time

After processing and dispatch from our logistics center, estimated delivery time within the United States is:

8 to 12 business days (Monday–Friday)
