Article 1 – Definitions
Within these Terms and Conditions, the following meanings apply:
Withdrawal Period
The legally determined timeframe during which the consumer may cancel a purchase without providing a reason.
Consumer
An individual acting outside the scope of a commercial, business, or professional activity who enters into a distance contract with the seller.
Day
Refers to a calendar day.
Ongoing Agreement
A contract covering the recurring delivery or purchase of products and/or services during a specified period.
Durable Medium
Any tool that allows the consumer or seller to store information addressed personally to them so it can be accessed later and reproduced unchanged.
Right of Withdrawal
The legal right allowing the consumer to cancel a distance contract within the withdrawal period.
Seller
The natural or legal person offering products or services to consumers through remote sales channels.
Distance Contract
An agreement concluded within a system organized for remote sales where communication occurs exclusively through one or more distance communication methods.
Distance Communication Method
Any method that allows parties to conclude an agreement without meeting physically at the same location.

Article 3 – Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by Margaret Robinson and to all contracts concluded between Margaret Robinson and consumers through distance selling.
Before completing a purchase, the consumer will be provided with access to these Terms and Conditions. If direct access is not reasonably possible, Margaret Robinson will indicate how they can be consulted electronically and will provide them free of charge upon request.
If additional product-specific terms apply and a conflict arises, the clause most favorable to the consumer shall prevail.
If any part of these Terms is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain fully effective. The invalid clause will be replaced with a provision reflecting the original intention as closely as possible.
Article 4 – Offers
Offers that apply for a limited time or under specific conditions will clearly indicate this.
All offers are made without obligation. Margaret Robinson reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw offers at any time.
Each offer includes a clear description of the products and/or services. Images are intended to represent the items accurately, though slight variations in color or appearance may occur.

Article 5 – Conclusion of the Agreement
A contract is formed once the consumer accepts the offer and fulfills the stated conditions.
When acceptance occurs electronically, the consumer may cancel the agreement until confirmation of acceptance has been sent electronically.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may return non-discounted products within 30 days after delivery without providing a reason.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Products designated as Final Sale, meaning items discounted by 40% or more, are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. This condition is clearly indicated during the purchase process.
Article 7 – Costs Associated With Withdrawal
If the consumer chooses to exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Approved returns must be sent to Margaret Robinson’s logistics supplier located in China.
Refunds, including standard outbound shipping costs, will be issued within 14 days after the returned product has been received or once valid proof of shipment has been provided.
Article 8 – Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Items excluded for hygiene reasons such as earrings or lingerie

Products purchased during Final Sale promotions with discounts of 40% or more
Article 9 – Pricing
Prices listed in offers remain valid for the duration specified in the offer unless changes are required due to legal or regulatory obligations.
Article 10 – Product Compliance and Warranty
Margaret Robinson ensures that all products comply with the agreement and meet reasonable standards regarding quality, functionality, and durability.
Article 11 – Delivery and Order Fulfillment
Orders are processed carefully and efficiently.
If delivery delays occur, consumers will be informed within a reasonable timeframe.
Article 12 – Payment
Unless stated otherwise, full payment must be completed at the time the order is placed.
Margaret Robinson reserves the right to correct inaccuracies in pricing, product descriptions, or stock availability without prior notice.
Article 13 – Complaints
Any complaints should be submitted by email to:

Article 14 – Applicable Law
Margaret Robinson operates under United States jurisdiction. All agreements between the seller and the consumer are governed by U.S. law.
If the consumer's country of residence provides stronger consumer protection rights, those statutory rights remain fully applicable.
Article 15 – Changes to the Terms
Margaret Robinson may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect.
Article 16 – Shipping and Returns
Margaret Robinson collaborates with international logistics partners based in China. Orders are therefore shipped from China.
Approved returns must also be sent to China. The return address and instructions will be provided after the return request has been approved.

Return and exchange policies may be updated at any time without prior notice.
Margaret Robinson retains the final decision regarding the approval of return or exchange requests.
Nothing in these Terms limits or removes rights granted by applicable consumer protection legislation. Consumers retain all statutory rights applicable in their country of residence.
New Collection Sale
The New Collection Sale runs until the official end of the spring season of the applicable calendar year.
Margaret Robinson reserves the right to change, suspend, or end the New Collection Sale at any time without prior notice.
